GardaWorld Security Services is looking for a talented and driven Project Manager to lead our large key account's Security Operations in Blue Springs, MS! The Project Manager is an operational leader of the company responsible for the personnel at larger strategic account, reporting into a National Account Manager.
The Project Manager is responsible for the management, employee development and engagement of all personnel in the assigned client site, as well as operational support for the account to include scheduling, payroll, compliance, post order development and performance metrics tracking, discipline, recognition, training and inspections.
The Project Manager role is 100% tactical and operational.
The Project Manager is expected to build upon a culture of employee engagement and set the example for all employees in the assigned account via servant leadership and personal commitment to GardaWorld's company values.
Performance Metrics:
The Project Manager is expected to achieve the following metrics within GardaWorld's performance-based business environment:
o Manage to 2.
5% unbilled overtime or less on assigned accounto Year over year improvement in Employee Engagement Scores in the accounto Retention of the accounto Quarterly improvement of performance metrics specific to the accounto Personnel inspections and training of 100% of assigned personnel each montho Support personnel recruiting to ensure full staffing levels on assigned accountso Personally, recruit a minimum of one new supervisor for your account annuallyo Develop a minimum of one supervisor for promotion annuallyo Become proficient in all company software systems (on-boarding, scheduling, financial, CRM)o 100% compliance to the GardaWorld Mandatory Requirementso Lead by example of living up to the GardaWorld valuesClient Essential Job FunctionsLiaison between GardaWorld and ClientOver see a fire and security team of 130
employeesLiaison with local police, fire, and EMS teamsDaily and weekly touch base meetings with client to update on status of projects and daily issues.
Monitor daily activity reports for incidents and follow up items as needed.
Review incident reports.
Send completed incident reports to business partners as required.
Review new hire candidates for approval for hire.
Call candidates and job offer position.
Complete weekly coverage schedule for 4,500 hours per weekVerify payroll weekly to ensure accuracy.
Mitigate employee personnel issues.
Conduct interviews and select candidates for management positions.
Respond to and mitigate emergencies on site including fire, security, and hazardous materials.
Participate in disciplinary action, termination and investigations as needed.
Serves as lead in risk management audits and assists in ISO audits.
Maintain clear communications among stakes holders.
Track and present KPI quarterlyTravelMinimal travel is expected for training and presentations.
Required Education and ExperienceAn associate degree or equivalent experiencePreferred Education and ExperienceIdeal candidates possess five-years' management experience.
Previous contract services, hospitality, military, or law enforcement experience is desirable, as are CPP/PSP and other related certifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
