Team Leader
Team Leader Manager Position available for a Tier One Supplier to a large automotive industry in Blue Springs Ms. This company performs industrial cleaning in a large environment. Team Leader will be responsible for safety regulations, all employee relations, company reports, and cleaning specifications.
Must be able to work all shifts-available any day of the week. 40 hours plus overtime. ( weekend work is required)
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Computer Experience- Word and Excel- 2010 Verision
Management - at least 2 years
Safety Knowledge
Employee Relations
Industrial Cleaning work experience is a plus
Pay is $12.00 per hour
Must be able to pass a criminal background test( 7 years) and drug test
Benefit Package is available once hired on to customer
Key Staff Source is EOE
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
