Develops and maintains productive working relationships with project sponsors, stakeholders and key systems users.
Oversees the project plan, project scope, schedules, resource estimates, project budget, issue management, risk management, change control and status reporting.
Assists users in prioritizing work and system maintenance requests.
Works closely with the users and technical teams to ensure that the business requirements are clear and well defined, and that the technical solutions meet the business requirements.
Recommends activities to IT management and users for approval.
Assesses alternative systems approaches for workability and economic feasibility.
Estimates staff resource needs for analysts, programmers, user personnel, consultants, and equipment.
Applies project management methodologies and best practices as directed by senior management or that are most appropriate for the project.
Plans team member work assignments and schedules and guides and monitors work performance.
Develops, manages and reviews project documentation including project plan, budget documentation and status reports.
Communicates project status regularly to IT management and project stakeholders.
Formalizes project activities and guides a project acceptance as a production system.
Requirements:
BS or BA degree in business administration or related technical field or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years in project management in medium or large enterprise environments overseeing small to large teams directly and in matrix managed environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and organizational skills, and the ability to build strong working relationships with technical and non-technical teams alike at all levels including senior management.
Develops, manages and reviews project documentation including project plan, budget documentation and status reports.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide the efforts of small or large teams to successful project completion.
Ability to manage multiple projects at once, as required, and prioritize appropriately.
Skills with standard project management tools including MS Project, MS Office, Visio and Excel (should know this very well).
Experience with standardized project management methodologies and processes.

This is client's requisition, but candidate will be working on shop floor so please ensure that you are able to support this role and can cover the insurances to have your candidates work on shop floor.
The team is currently working on Windows Server 2012 uplift to Windows 2019 and we need someone who will act as a Project Lead responsible for managing the implementation of the project, overseeing the project plan, project scope, schedules, resource estimates, etc.
Need to migrate Server from Windows server 2012 to 2019).
Manager needs a Technical Assistant Project Lead for this role because of the server and network portion of the work.
For this role we are looking for someone with 70% Project Management experience & 30% technical.
Look for some who has some prior experience in project management & have bee involved in migration project.
The duration of this project is for 6 Months only (Budget approval till Dec 2023).
This is an On-site role and there will be 2 rounds of interview.
Interview process:
30 to 45 minutes of STAR/video interview with the Manager and other Members - (5/7 technical questions & situational method questions) In-person interview (Resume review & other situation questions - STAR Method) Required skills:

$35 - $40 The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
